By purchasing or requesting a private NXDPRO ONE deployment, using our slash commands, or accessing our web dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot or related services.
NXDPRO ONE is an AI-powered Discord bot with 36+ features including moderation, leveling, automations, giveaways, economy, starboard, tickets, social alerts, and a full web dashboard. Public self-install is closed. Third-party server deployments are provided as private lifetime licenses and the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of our bot complies with their community guidelines and applicable laws.

Our bot uses artificial intelligence for features like the AI Copilot, smart suggestions, and natural language processing. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated actions before they affect your server.
The web dashboard lets server administrators manage bot settings, view analytics, and perform actions like bans, kicks, and configuration changes. When you use these features, you accept responsibility for the resulting changes to your Discord server.
NXDPRO ONE is no longer offered as a public self-install bot. Third-party deployments are currently offered as a 299 EUR lifetime license per Discord server unless otherwise agreed in writing. Billing, provisioning scope, and support expectations may be updated by NXDPRO at any time for future purchases.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. Check our Status Page for real-time information.
Our bot stores configuration, analytics, and audit data needed to operate. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
The NXDPRO ONE name, branding, bot code, and dashboard are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
NXDPRO ONE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, server disruption, or incorrect AI recommendations.
We reserve the right to deny service to any server or user at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time by removing the bot or requesting termination of your deployment.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
